Week 11 Patriots vs Bills Three Stars of the Game: Malcolm Butler Shines

The New England Patriots managed to hold on to a 20-13 victory over the Buffalo Bills.

Mentions: Safety Tavon Wilson deserves credit for coming on as a nickel corner and doing a really great job of not getting into too much trouble.

Third Star: Running back James White scored the Patriots only two touchdowns and he really stepped up when the Patriots needed production in the middle two quarters. He's still not the same threat as Dion Lewis, but he was very productive (46 yards and 2 touchdowns on four touches) when given the opportunities. He was helpful in pass protection.

Second Star: Wide receiver Danny Amendola was great before his knee injury with 9 receptions on 12 targets for 117 yards. Hopefully his knee injury is minor as the team has no depth with the serious injury to Aaron Dobson in the middle of the game. The team only has Brandon LaFell and rookie Chris Harper as healthy receivers.

First Star: Cornerback Malcolm Butler held wide receiver Sammy Watkins to one reception for 15 yards (albeit an amazing one handed grab) on four targets, before an 8 yard catch with no time on the clock. He blew a transition early in the game, but the young cornerback has quickly ascended to the top tier of the league's cornerbacks.
