Two days from now, the New England Patriots try to improve to 12-2 against the visiting Tennessee Titans. Unfortunately, the team is rather banged up heading into the match-up as today's injury report – the last one of the week – shows: overall, 15 players are listed.

Via, here is New England's latest report:

LB Jonathan Freeny (Hand): OUT

LB Eric Martin (Concussion): OUT

WR Julian Edelman (Foot): DOUBTFUL

QB Tom Brady (Illness): QUESTIONABLE

TE Scott Chandler (Knee): QUESTIONABLE

SS Patrick Chung (Foot): QUESTIONABLE

LB Dont'a Hightower (Knee): QUESTIONABLE

OG Josh Kline (Shoulder): QUESTIONABLE

FS Devin McCourty (Ankle): QUESTIONABLE

WR Matthew Slater (Stinger): QUESTIONABLE

WR Danny Amendola (Knee): PROBABLE

CB Justin Coleman (Hand): PROBABLE

TE Rob Gronkowski (Knee): PROBABLE

DE Chandler Jones (Abdomen): PROBABLE

OC Bryan Stork (Not Injury Related): PROBABLE

Five of the players listed on today's report did not take place during practice. Quarterback Tom Brady missed the session due to an undisclosed illness and is officially questionable (50% chance) to play on Sunday. He will probably be a game-time decision, although it has been reported that he will play.

Meanwhile, tight end Rob Gronkowski and center Bryan Stork missed today's practice due to non-injury related reasons and should be good to go against the Titans. The other two players to not practice today, linebackers Jonathan Freeny and Eric Martin, have already been ruled out.

Wide receiver Julian Edelman, who returned to practice last week after suffering a broken foot in week 10, will likely join the two defenders on the inactive list, as he was listed as doubtful to play. Being inactive on Sunday also seems likely for safety Devin McCourty, who returned to practice today after injuring his ankle last week.

Also via, here is the Titans' most recent participation report:

DT Mike Martin (Knee): OUT

SS Da'Norris Searcy (Hamstring): OUT

WR Kendall Wright (Ribs): OUT

TE Phillip Supernaw (Foot): QUESTIONABLE

LB David Bass (Hip): PROBABLE

DT Sammie Hill (Knee): PROBABLE

There were two changes to Tennessee's report: linebacker Derrick Morgan was removed from the list because he was placed on season-ending injured reserve. Tight end Phillip Supernaw, on the other hand, was added to the list because of a foot injury.
