The New England Patriots have listed the following players as inactive for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans:
S Devin McCourty
T LaAdrian Waddle
TE Scott Chandler
C Bryan Stork
WR Julian Edelman
LB Jonathan Freeny
DL Ishmaa'ily Kitchen
The only real surprises in this list are Chandler and Stork. That said, Chandler only played one snap last week after dealing with a knee injury and Stork hurt his ankle late against the Texans and rookie David Andrews plugged back into the line-up.
Lineman Josh Kline should be healthy, if the Patriots don't want to throw three rookies in Shaq Mason, Andrews, and Tre Jackson to the wolves as the interior of the offensive line, and new addition wide receiver Leonard Hankerson should be a part of the game plan as well.
The Titans have listed the following players as inactive:
WR Kendall Wright
WR Damaris Johnson
S Da'Norris Searcy
CB Blidi Wreh-Wilson
T Jamon Meredith
DL Ropati Pitoitua
DT Mike Martin
Wright is the Titans top wide receiver, while Searcy is the team's starting safety. Johnson is the former Patriots receiver, but will not play. Rookie wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham will have to step up alongside veteran Harry Douglas because the Tennessee passing game currently just consists of tight end Delanie Walker.
