Joint practices - a favorite of coaches and players, fans and media members alike. The New England Patriots are one of the most active franchises when it comes to teaming up with other squads during training camp. Last year, for example, the Patriots held joint sessions with two NFC East teams: the Washington Redskins (in Richmond, VA) and the Philadelphia Eagles (in Foxboro).
This year, New England plans to face off with another NFC team during training camp: the NFC South's New Orleans Saints.
Prior to this year, the two teams have practiced with each other two times (2010, 2012). In both years, the Saints travelled to New England. In 2015, according to ProFootballTalk, the Patriots will visit the Saints in Greenbrier, West Virginia, where head coach Sean Payton's team will hold a part of its summer practice sessions.
The Patriots and Saints are scheduled to meet during week two of the preseason; on August 22nd (7:30 p.m. ET) at the Mercedes Benz Superdome in New Orleans.
