In exactly one month from now – July 30 – the New England Patriots will kick off training camp at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts, the team announced yesterday.
The 2015 training camp will be the franchise's 56th overall, the 16th under head coach Bill Belichick, and the 13th at Gillette Stadium (training camp was held at Bryant College prior to 2003).
Veterans will report to camp on July 29, one day before the first practice session takes place. The team will hold practices each day from Thursday, July 30 through Sunday, August 2 – all sessions are free and open to the public. No concrete timetable or further schedule has been announced yet but will be on patriots.com/trainingcamp. Judging by years past, the sessions will be held in the morning.
The team will practice regularly prior to its preseason opener on August 13 against the visiting Green Bay Packers. The week after that game, the Patriots will travel to West Virginia to hold joint practices with the New Orleans Saints.
