Preseason Week 2 Patriots vs Saints: Public Joint Practice Schedule

The Patriots will be traveling to West Virginia to practice with the New Orleans Saints. The practices will be open to the public.

The New England Patriots and New Orleans Saints will be holding joint practices on Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 am to 12 pm EST and they will be open to the public.

The Saints hold their preseason practices in White Sulphur Springs, a sleepy little town with a population of roughly 2,400, nestled in the Allegheny Mountains of West Virginia. The practices are held at The Greenbrier Sporting Club.

The practices could have been the reunion between the Patriots and cornerback Brandon Browner, but Browner appeared to injure his leg against the Baltimore Ravens in the Saints first game of the preseason. While the injury isn't expected to be serious, it would be surprising to see Browner back on the field and engaging with the Patriots wide receivers.

The Saints also feature former Patriots first round pick tight end Ben Watson and former Boston College Eagle edge defender Kasim Edebali.

A player of note is running back C.J. Spiller, whom the Patriots believed to have locked up in free agency until the Saints swooped in with a larger offer. Spiller would have take over in the Shane Vereen role of the offense, but instead 4th round pick James White is in the driver's seat.
