Folks, I've realized that I'm not yet ready to move on from the 2014 season. I mean, I'm totally ready for the 2015 year to start and for the regular season and for the gang to get back together.
But I'm still obsessed with this 2014 team.
I just watched the trailer for America's Game: The 2014 New England Patriots, which is set to premier on Tuesday, September 8th at 10 PM on NFL Network. I couldn't help but react to Malcolm Butler driving for the interception. The characters of Rob Gronkowski, Julian Edelman, and Devin McCourty are just too much handle.
I don't know if there has been, or will ever be, a team like the 2014 Patriots. One that inspired so much passion and so much vitriol, one that defied the odds and defied a corrupt league establishment.
I know that I will be watching America's Game in support of the Patriots and what this team represented for all of New England. We're on to the premier.
