New England Patriots receiver Aaron Dobson is having himself an excellent camp. He's been turning heads every day and, apart from a fumble forced by linebacker Jamie Collins, he's been making the most of his opportunities while Brandon LaFell is sidelined with a foot injury.
Dobson has been offered an elusive and exclusive spot with the "Tom Brady Sideline Group" with Julian Edelman, Rob Gronkowski, and Scott Chandler, as the four skill players work on routes with the quarterback off to the side. Last year, that group consisted of Gronkowski and Darrelle Revis. Those that enter the inner circle are expected to have big years.
On the fourth day of camp, Dobson made a lot of waves for a monster 45-yard catch over the head of Malcolm Butler. Butler claimed the sun was in his eyes. I see Dobson boxing Butler out so the receiver is the only player who can catch the ball.

Let's hope this is a sign of things to come.
