Broncos Double Down on Trash Talking, DL Antonio Smith: "Brady Cries When Hit"

Yesterday we had Broncos LB Brandon Marshall, who is not to be confused with the future HOF WR, telling the media that Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski gets open by pushing off. Today, the Broncos have double down on the trash talking this week with DL Antonio Smith now going with the "Tom Brady cries when hit" line that the haters love using. Add Smith to the list of "Hateriots".

That narrative has since been killed with live audio of Tom Brady congratulating Seahawks DE Michael Bennett on a good hit after getting walloped in Super Bowl XLIX and this admission from Bennett. Even with this indisputable evidence against that claim, Smith can keep running his mouth on that topic. The Patriots simply don't care.

So if the Broncos want to keep posting bulletin board material for the game, more power to them. Makes it easier for me to write articles for the week and you know the Patriots are itching to take the Broncos on this Sunday. No one can get a team prepared for a big game better than Bill Belichick, who is 23-9 in the NFL postseason.
