The New England Patriots will play the Kansas City Chiefs in the NFL Playoffs

The New England Patriots will play the Kansas City Chiefs in the divisional round. The Chiefs were the only team to play a good game on Saturday, with a 30-0 blanking of the Houston Texans. The Patriots will have their hands full. The Denver Broncos will host the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Chiefs are the hottest team in the AFC, winners of 11 straight, while the Patriots have stumbled with four losses over the past six games. Kansas City suffered a potentially serious injury as wide receiver Jeremy Maclin sprained his knee. The Chiefs don't really have any viable receivers beyond tight end Travis Kelce. The Chiefs have one of the best defenses in the league so the Patriots will need Julian Edelman, Danny Amendola, Brandon LaFell, and Rob Gronkowski at full strength in order to move the ball.

Denver will have to face the Steelers, a team capable of pulling off the upset.
