The Friday injury reports are in, and it's more or less as expected.
Not much has changed on the New England front other than the status of running back Brandon Bolden, who did not participate in Friday's practice. While he is unlikely to suit up, he is still listed as quuestionable, along with the following Patriots:
TE Martellus Bennett (ankle)
RB Brandon Bolden (knee)
LB Jamie Collins (hip)
WR Julian Edelman (foot)
DT Woodrow Hamilton (shoulder)
LB Shea McClellin (concussion)
WR Malcolm Mitchell (hamstring)
LB Elandon Roberts (ankle)
DT Vincent Valentine (back)

The Steelers, however, have ruled seven players officially out for the game:
T Marcus Gilbert (ankle)
DE Cameron Heyward (hamstring)
QB Ben Roethlisberger (knee)
S Shamarko Thomas (groin)
C Cody Wallace (knee)
WR Markus Wheaton (shoulder)
RB DeAngelo Williams (knee)
Williams is the newest addition to the injury report, and there was a chance of him suiting up, but it doesn't look like it's going to happen this week. Look for Le'veon Bell to get a lot of carries as a depleted backfield and receiving corps take orders from Landry Jones.

If the Steelers make the playoffs and face the Patriots in January, in no way will the team that takes the field on Sunday resemble the Steelers at full strength. Hopefully the Patriots don't get complacent here; Big Ben or no Big Ben, Heinz Field is a tough place to win, and Pittsburgh is still going to show up.
