Despite reports that RB Dion Lewis would return to the field this week, Lewis was not spotted at media access portion of practice. There is still a chance for Lewis to return and it’s pretty standard for players to go through final medical checks before taking the field.

While Lewis wasn’t at practice, OG Tre Jackson was spotted during the stretching portion- but he didn’t appear to be joining the practice. Every member of the Patriots active roster was on the field. DT Anthony Johnson was back after the Patriots released OG Chase Farris to make space on the practice squad.
New LB Kyle Van Noy was spotted wearing the #53 jersey and he worked with the linebackers.
