The Giants are 1-point favorites and the Patriots would likely be happy to see a Giants victory. The Bengals are on the fringe of the playoff picture and a loss would make it extremely difficult for Cincinnati to rebound.
That said, the Bengals lost to the Patriots this season and a Cincinnati victory would bolster the Patriots strength of schedule.
