The New England Patriots could very well play their first four games of the NFL season with Jimmy Garoppolo at quarterback. The courts reversed Judge Richard Berman's decision of DeflateGate and reinstated the suspension of Tom Brady.
Just don't tell Vegas.
Per Bovada, the New England Patriots are 7/1 favorites to win the 2017 Super Bowl, up from 15/2 odds in March free agency, and even further up from the 9/1 odds after the end of the 2016 season.
The Seahawks rank second with 8/1 odds, followed by the Packers and Steelers at 10/1. The Super Bowl champion Broncos are in 7th with 16/1 odds, a sharp drop after Denver was unable to land a viable replacement quarterback for the retired Peyton Manning (and Manning was awful, so that says a lot about the perception of Mark Sanchez).
The Jets have the second best odds in the AFC East, at 40/1, followed by the Bills at 50/1 and the Dolphins at 66/1.
The Browns, 49ers, and Titans bring up the rear with matching 100/1 odds.
