Pats Pulpit Podcast Episode 039: What we learned from the Patriots 2016 minicamps!

What did we learn from the past couple of weeks of practice?

The New England Patriots have wrapped up their June offseason team activities and minicamps and there’s plenty to dissect. We’ve done it for you.

We’ve broken down the biggest camp battles, the potential roster surprises, and the fallout from the only serious injury to take place.

The wide receivers group has a surprise star in Aaron Dobson, who might finally be ready to contribute. The secondary might have its annual undrafted free agent contributor in cornerback Jonathan Jones. Fullback James Develin’s odds of making the team have increased.

Also, we’ve looked into what the Patriots should do with their open roster spot with tight end Michael Williams now on the injured reserve. Should the Patriots find a cheaper tackle to replace Marcus Cannon? Should they add a pass rusher?

Alec and Rich cover it all. Available in the iTunes store and via RSS Feed. Please subscribe and comment on what you want to hear about in future podcasts!
