New England Patriots left tackle Nate Solder is not starting the season on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list and he has taken the practice field this week.
Solder tore his biceps in week 4 of 2015 against the Dallas Cowboys and seems to be healed. While Solder did not take the practice field during OTAs and minicamp earlier in the summer, it might not have been related to his biceps, per a Boston Herald report.
Nate Solder has been back on the field this week after suffering a calf injury during a spring workout and missing OTAs and minicamp.

It would seem that Solder hurt his calf during a workout and that is what sidelined him during OTAs and camp. Hopefully he is fully healed and ready to go this season because Solder’s health is going to be very important for the overall success of the offensive line and the offense as a whole.
The Patriots offensive line will start camp without right tackle Sebastian Vollmer, and sophomore guards Tre Jackson and Shaq Mason, all of whom will be starting on the PUP list.
