Per Albert Breer, the Patriots have Aaron Dobson on the trading block and are hoping to field potential offers:
The Patriots have been shopping 2013 2nd-round pick Aaron Dobson, per sources. With 128 snaps played this August, plenty of tape on the WR.

Dobson has been a featured player this preseason, but that has kind of been his MO since he came into the league; despite a strong training camp, injuries and under-performance have prevented him from translating that promise into the regular season, and Dobson has been something of a disappointment during his tenure in New England.
On the plus side, the fact that the Patriots are looking to move Dobson could potentially bode well for the health of Malcolm Mitchell and/or Danny Amendola, both of whom are prime PUP candidates to start the year. Perhaps one or both will be back and ready to go come Week 1.
Regardless of what happens to Dobson, he's yet another chapter in the Bill Belichick Whiffs on High-Pick Receivers saga.
