The New England Patriots didn’t sign a veteran quarterback to the roster this week, which was taken as a positive sign that one of their quarterbacks would be available to play against the Buffalo Bills in week 4.
Well, it’s starting to look like both could be ready to go.

Jimmy Garoppolo injured his shoulder in week 2 after a hit from Dolphins linebacker Kiko Alonso. Jacoby Brissett hurt his throwing hand in week 3 after Texans defensive tackle Vince Wilfork fell on top of him.
The fact that both are participating in practice is a very positive sign for their availability and Garoppolo’s return. It’s still too early to know just how healthy they are, but we’ll take what we can get.
The Patriots had perfect attendance at practice.
