Week 4 Patriots vs Bills injury report: Marcus Cannon is surprise addition

The Patriots have a few limited players in practice.

The New England Patriots have released their first injury report of week 4. The team has had full attendance on Wednesday- they also had full attendance the Wednesday prior to last week’s game- and the team is looking healthier than ever.

Limited Practice

QB Jacoby Brissett (thumb)
OT Marcus Cannon (calf)
OG Jonathan Cooper (foot)
LB Jonathan Freeny (shoulder)
QB Jimmy Garoppolo (shoulder)
TE Rob Gronkowski (hamstring)
LB Dont’a Hightower (knee)
CB Eric Rowe (ankle)

Brissett is a new addition, as expected, while Cannon is a new surprise. DE Trey Flowers is no longer on the list.

Hightower has a small tear in his meniscus, per the Herald’s Jeff Howe, and his availability on Sunday is uncertain. Hightower “is progressing nicely.

The Bills had a lengthier injury report.

OL Patrick Lewis, OL Cyrus Kouandiko, WR Sammy Watkins, and TE Charles Clay did not practice. Watkins and Clay are the team’s top two receiving threats.

DB Colt Anderson, CB Ronald Darby, QB Cardale Jones, WR Greg Salas, S Aaron Williams, and DB Jonathan Meeks were all limited.
