CB Cyrus Jones
CB Justin Coleman
RB D.J. Foster
QB Jacoby Brissett
OT LaAdrian Waddle
WR Malcolm Mitchell
S Jordan Richards
The Patriots have made their 2016 2nd, 3rd, and 4th round draft picks inactive, along with a gaggle of young players. Mitchell is the only player that would have been a part of the Patriots game plan, but his inactivity means that WR Danny Amendola is back in the lineup. None of these inactives are surprises.
Texans Inactives
S Quintin Demps and OLB John Simon are inactive for the Texans. Others: QB Weeden, ILB Bullough, G Walker, WR Williams and DE Kamalu.

QB Brandon Weeden
LB Max Bullough
OG Josh Walker
WR Wendall Williams
DE Ufomba Kamalu
The Texans will be without starting safety Demps, who was named AFC Defensive Player of the Month in December. Houston will also only have four three active wide receivers, which means the Patriots can expect a heavy dose of two-tight end sets with C.J. Fiedorowicz and Ryan Griffin.
