Pats Pulpit Podcast Episode 066: Patriots take down the Texans, prepare for Steelers

The Patriots have set an NFL record with 6-straight conference title game appearances in a row.

The New England Patriots defeated the Houston Texans 34-16 in the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs, but they won’t receive any credit for their victory. They were expected to beat the Texans, but came out flat on offense in one of the worst offensive performances of the season.

And the Patriots still won by 18.

Alec has a theory that the Patriots have one terrible, awful, no good, very bad game per season, but did this game qualify? And why does Rich think the Steelers are a good match-up for the Patriots? Can the Patriots shake off whatever rust they had against the Texans? And should the Patriots defense get praise for their performance against a bad Texans offense?

Alec and Rich cover it all. This podcast is available in the iTunes store, Stitcher, TuneIn, BluBrry, and via RSS Feed. Please subscribe and comment on what you want to hear about in future podcasts!
