The rally will take place today at 9:00 a.m. ET outside the Hall at Patriot Place. On Saturday, the team announced a detailed timetable of how the event will look like:

The heart of the rally are the speeches of team owner Robert Kraft, head coach Bill Belichick and the Patriots' 2016 captains, Tom Brady, Devin McCourty, Dont'a Hightower, and Matthew Slater. Fellow captain Rob Gronkowski, who is on injured reserve, is not expected to address the crowd.
Furthermore, the team announced that the rally will be streamed live on patriots.com. The stream will start simultaneously with the event at 9:00 a.m. ET.
