The (4-1) Carolina Panthers host the (4-1) Philadelphia Eagles this Thursday night to start week 6 of the NFL season. Kickoff is at 8:25 PM ET on the NFL Network, CBS, and Amazon Prime.
The Panthers are 3.5-point favorites and the over/under is set at 45, so look for a close game with a few touchdowns on both sides. Panthers QB Cam Newton looks like his 2015 MVP self again, while the Eagles and old friend LeGarrette Blount are in control of the NFC East.
This should be a good game between two good teams. The Patriots will want the Panthers to win for the sake of strength of schedule. Every little bit helps in what looks like a congested AFC in 2017.
