Patriots rooting guide: Despite playing in the same conference, New England has virtually no ties to tonight's AFC South matchup. The rooting interest could therefore simply be determined by looking at the Colts and Titans from a top-to-bottom talent perspective. And while neither team appears should be considered a juggernaut, the Titans are arguably the better of the two squads. From that point of view, the Colts could be seen as a better rooting interest (and also because they have a 9 to 3 edge in former Patriots on the roster). But, “go entertaining football” is probably the best battle cry for tonight.
