The New England Patriots and Los Angeles Chargers released their second injury report of the week and there is only one change from Wednesday’s report.

Here’s the full report.

Did Not Practice

Patriots: DT Malcom Brown (ankle), LB Dont’a Hightower (shoulder), DB Eric Rowe (groin)

Chargers: OT Joe Barksdale (foot)

Malcom Brown, Eric Rowe and Dont'a Hightower were absent yesterday as well. The latter of the group underwent surgery on his torn pec muscle today and is expected to miss the remainder of the season. Until officially placed on injured reserve, however, Hightower will remain listed on the injury report.

It would not be a surprise to ultimately see Brown and Rowe, missing the second session this week, be out on Sunday against the Chargers. It would be Rowe's fourth absence in a row and Brown's first in his three-year NFL career.

Limited

Patriots: WR Danny Amendola (knee), CB Stephon Gilmore (concussion/ankle), DL Lawrence Guy (chest), TE Jacob Hollister (chest), DE Cassius Marsh (shoulder), LB Elandon Roberts (ankle)

Chargers: TE Antonio Gates (knee), RB Melvin Gordon (foot), DT Corey Liuget (back), K Nick Novak (ankle)

The Patriots' lone change of the day comes at the list of “limited” players: Wide receiver Danny Amendola, who reportedly suffered a hyperextended knee on a punt return, was back on the practice fields today after missing yesterday's session due to the injury. His return, albeit in limited capacity, is certainly good news for his availability come Sunday's game.

The rest of New England's and Los Angeles' respective injury reports looks like yesterday.
