On Sunday, when the New England Patriots play the Buffalo Bills, not all eyes will be on the football: As part of the My Cause, My Cleats initiative, 14 members of the Patriots – including head coach Bill Belichick and quarterback Tom Brady – will wear customized cleats to show support for a charitable organization of their choice (a 15th, linebacker Dont'a Hightower, also received a new pair of cleats).
The following is a list of foundations and charitable causes represented by members of the Patriots organization on Sunday:
David Andrews: Warrior Dog Foundation
Bill Belichick: Bill Belichick Foundation
Alan Branch: Food Allergy Research and Education
Rex Burkhead: Team Jack Foundation
Lawrence Guy: Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep and Vegas Strong
Duron Harmon: Autism Speaks
Dont'a Hightower: American Diabetes Association
Brian Hoyer: MSPCA
Kyle Van Noy: Van Noy Valor Foundation
James White: Best Buddies
