Check out the customized cleats the Patriots will be wearing on Sunday against the Bills

New England participates in the My Cause, My Cleats initiative this week.

On Sunday, when the New England Patriots play the Buffalo Bills, not all eyes will be on the football: As part of the My Cause, My Cleats initiative, 14 members of the Patriots – including head coach Bill Belichick and quarterback Tom Brady – will wear customized cleats to show support for a charitable organization of their choice (a 15th, linebacker Dont'a Hightower, also received a new pair of cleats).

Yesterday, the players unpacked their new footwear and the results were posted on the team's Instagram stories feed and also released as photographs and as a video:

The following is a list of foundations and charitable causes represented by members of the Patriots organization on Sunday:

David Andrews: Warrior Dog Foundation

Bill Belichick: Bill Belichick Foundation

Tom Brady: Ellie Fund and Best Buddies
