New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick as mic’d up on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins and it played out as you might expect. There’s a lot of strategy- a focus on covering Jarvis Landry on offense, getting the quarterback on defense- and a lot of interactions with the officials.
The @Patriots scored 5 touchdowns in week 12.

Can you guess what Bill Belichick's reaction was to each one? #SoundFX pic.twitter.com/bs3Ws3ujF9
The best part, though, is Belichick’s reactions to the Patriots big plays. Or the fact that there isn’t one. For every single touchdown, Belichick stands stonefaced on the sideline. Johnson Bademosi even tries to interact with Belichick after a sack by Jonathan Jones, disrupting Belichick’s non-reactions, causing Bademosi to apologize for breaking the coach’s line of attention.
Belichick also says, “great job, Malcolm,” to the Patriots star cornerback and pats him on the back. The interaction was not full of hate, for those keeping track.
Finally, Belichick tells tight ends coach Nick Caley that Dwayne Allen did a great job on a block, so that should get Allen more time on the field.
