The New England Patriots entered halftime of their game at the Pittsburgh Steelers down 17-10. The team came out of halftime with a 12-play, 75-yard drive that was capped by a Patriots touchdown to bring the game within one point after a missed extra point attempt.

Quarterback Tom Brady displayed perfect touch on this pass to tight end Rob Gronkowski. The duo connected later in the drive as well and converted a crucial fourth down inside the red zone. The connection set up New England's second touchdown of the day, a four-yard pass from Brady to wideout Brandin Cooks:
