Week 16 decided who New England will play next season.

Week 16 of the NFL's 2017 regular season did not only give the New England Patriots their 12th win of the year, it also helped determine who the team will play next season. The division championships in the AFC's southern and western divisions were decided and the Patriots now know who they will play against in 2018. Take a look.

Home opponents: Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins, New York Jets, Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, Kansas City Chiefs, Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings

Road opponents: Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins, New York Jets, Jacksonville Jaguars, Tennessee Titans, Pittsburgh Steelers, Detroit Lions, Chicago Bears

The Patriots will play their own division, the winners from the other AFC divisions as well as the entire AFC South and NFC North next season.

From today's point of view, the biggest games on the schedule, which will be created next offseason, are projected to be the matchup between New England and Green Bay - get ready for the Tom Brady versus Aaron Rodgers headlines -, the game in Pittsburgh as well as the first Patriots versus Colts game since Brady's four-game Deflategate suspension.
