The (9-2) New England Patriots are on the road to face the (6-5) Buffalo Bills. Here is everything that you might need to know.

Patriots pregame show

Patriots 1:00 PM ET games rooting guide

Chiefs (-3.5) at Jets: The Patriots want the Jets to win this game for a handful of reasons. 1) it would sink the Chiefs season even further; 2) it would hurt the Jets draft pick; 3) the Patriots get a double-bump for “strength of victory” if they can sweep the Jets this year, while they already lost to Kansas City.

Broncos (-1.5) at Dolphins: New England wants the Dolphins to win for the same reason they want the Jets to win: hurt Miami’s draft pick and give the Patriots a double-bump for strength of schedule and victory.

Colts at Jaguars (-9.5): The Patriots want the Colts to upset the Jaguars to help lock New England into a first round bye.

Texans at Titans (-7): New England wants the Texans to win for the sake of strength of victory and schedule.

Buccaneers at Packers (-2): New England wants the Buccaneers to win for the sake of strength of victory and schedule.

Lions at Ravens (-2.5): The Ravens have a really good defense and it would be lovely if they didn’t make the playoffs and instead a team like the Cincinnati Bengals did, right? So go Detroit.

Vikings at Falcons (-3): How the heck is this a 1:00 PM game? Patriots want the Falcons to win for strength of victory and schedule.

49ers at Bears (-3): The Patriots want the Bears to win for the sake of the Patriots second round pick they receiver from San Francisco as a result of the Jimmy Garoppolo trade.
