The New England Patriots offseason schedule is set and there’s a chunk of time in May and June for players to get in their last minute trips before the 2017 season enters full swing. The Patriots meet for Organized Team Activities (OTAs) and Minicamp pretty much from May 22nd straight through to June 15th, which means that there’s a period of time before and after for a big trip.
Patriots QB Tom Brady is apparently going to go to China, as he relayed to the media at the Met Gala.

“I get to come to China in a month,” Brady said, “so I’m very excited to come to China and see the great culture and all the great people.”
As a Chinese-American, I’m pumped for Brady to head over the Pacific. Brady is one of, if not the most popular football player in China, so it’ll be a good moment for his fan base. It’s also great to visit and experience other cultures to expand your worldview.
Also, Brady posted a Chinese New Years message on his Facebook page earlier this year:
Happy Chinese New Year! It's the year of the Fire Rooster! Supposed to be a good time for a Leo Snake born in 1977. I'm all for that

Brady’s going to have to brush up on his accent before the trip.
In the Met Gala video, Brady was also asked how he compares football and fashion.
“I prefer football, it’s much easier for me,” says the quarterback with an Under Armor performance-pajama clothing line. “But it’s fun nonetheless.”
Brady has shown an interest in fashion, likely inspired by his wife Gisele Bundchen, but as he enters his 18th season in the NFL, the game has slowed down to the point where he’s showing better command than ever before. Brady is about to embark on a quest with the Patriots to win three of four Super Bowls for the second time in his career.
As for Brady’s relationship with Gisele, can we talk about his Instagram feed? You know those couples on Facebook that change their profile pictures to match each other and it’s kind of cute, but it also makes you roll your eyes because unless it’s their anniversary there’s no need to match since everyone should be their own person?
This is what Brady and Gisele did heading into the Met Gala.
Come on, now. At least Brady threw a filter on that, but Gisele is crushing him in the “likes” department. Step up your game, Tom.
