The New England Patriots already have two players ranked in NFL Network’s Top 100 of 2017 in LB Dont’a Hightower and CB Malcolm Butler. The Patriots should have two more players announced at 9:00 PM EST on Monday night, per the Globe’s Ben Volin.
Two Patriots will be revealed tonight on NFL Network’s Top 100 players between spots 80-71. I’ll guess Edelman and McCourty. Tonight at 9

Which two players make the cut?
I was shocked to see Butler and Hightower ranked so low on the list, so I’m a poor judge on these rankings. Volin suspects WR Julian Edelman and FS Devin McCourty, which are pretty good guesses.
I would suspect that QB Tom Brady and TE Rob Gronkowski rank at the top of the list, which leaves Edelman and McCourty as the only other options. I don’t think a player like OT Marcus Cannon makes the list after one year of excellent play, and that still makes Cannon more qualified than the likes of EDGE Trey Flowers.
What do you think?
