Original: New England Patriots WR Julian Edelman looked outstanding on the opening drive against the Detroit Lions as he collected all three targets for 52 yards. Unfortunately, he apparently injured his right knee on what appeared to be minimal contact.
Edelman left the game and went to the medical tent. He was then taken to the locker room on a cart.
