Patriots vs Texans: Brandin Cooks makes an incredible catch to give New England the win

23 seconds to go and Brandin Cooks puts New England ahead.

The New England Patriots started at their own 25-yard line and had to go the length of the field to win their week three game against the Houston Texans. They did just that in eight plays and despite facing two third and longs (converted on passes to Rob Gronkowski and Danny Amendola).

The final play of the drive was a 25-yard pass to Brandin Cooks – and it was a beauty:

Cooks' catch was his fifth of the game and his second touchdown. The first-year Patriot thus finished with a team-high 131 receiving yards, while quarterback Tom Brady fired his fifth touchdown to go along with 378 yards. All in all: A great play by both men and another sign why you should never count out Touchdown Tom.

Patriots safety Duron Harmon ultimately sealed the win on an interception during a last-second Hail Mary attempt by the Texans.
