The New England Patriots are the most seclusive franchise in the NFL, a hermit kingdom located in the far-eastern regions of the pro football landscape. Hardly ever does the curtain get pulled back to offer insight into the franchise’s inner workings. NFL Films’ Do Your Job is one exception and so appears to be an upcoming series on quarterback Tom Brady: Tom vs. Time.
The series, as reported by the New York Times' Mark Leibovich, will give an intimate behind-the-scenes look at the NFL's best quarterback – from his training regimen to his private family life to his preparations for the next opponents. Tom vs. Time will reportedly premier on Facebook Watch later this month, even though no concrete date has been announced just yet. There will be six episodes, according to Variety.
The series will offer unprecedented insight into Brady's life on and off the field, judging by Leibovich's report and the first trailer:
Together with ESPN's 30 for 30: The Two Bills, which will premier on February 1st at 9:00 p.m. ET, football fans will be able to watch some high-quality content about the Patriots over the next few months.
