In not even an hour, the New England Patriots will enter the 2017 NFL playoffs. The Patriots will host the Tennessee Titans, straight of an upset win over the Kansas City Chiefs. The Patriots are in good physical shape but nevertheless misd the following players, as a look at the inactives list shows:
CB Johnson Bademosi
DT Alan Branch
RB Rex Burkhead
WR Kenny Britt
OT Cole Croston
RB Mike Gillislee
LB David Harris
The Patriots’ inactives include two players previously reported to be out in Rex Burkhead and Mike Gillislee. The two running backs are joined on the sidelines by starting defensive tackle Alan Branch. The veteran was listed as questionable but apparently is not yet ready to play. The rest of New England’s inactives ate healthy scratches.
The inactives list also means that the Patriots get some core players back: Wide receiver Chris Hogan will make his debut after missing the last three games, all while running back James White - as expected - returns as well.

There are no surprises here, but DeMarco Murray is a big loss for Tennessee.
