WATCH: Tom Brady and Patriots release hype videos ahead of AFC Championship Game against Jaguars

Wide receiver Julian Edelman also has a guest appearance.

Later today, the New England Patriots will host the Jacksonville Jaguars for the AFC championship and a ticket to Super Bowl LII. For Tom Brady it will be the 12th appearance in the conference title game in 16 seasons as the starting quarterback; with a chance to play in his eighth Super Bowl.

Naturally, the future Hall of Famer – hand injury be damned – will be fired up for the game. A new hype video posted on his Instagram account reflects this:

A post shared by Tom Brady (@tombrady) on

The clip features a compilation of moments from past Patriots games – including Super Bowls LII and XXXVI – and a voice-over narration taken from actor Denzel Washington's 2011 commencement speech at the University of Pennsylvania:

You will fail at some point in your life. You will lose. But here's the thing: To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did. Because the chances you take, the people you love, the faith that you have, that's what's going to define you.

Brady's hype video is not the only one released from Massachusetts yesterday. The Patriots themselves also posted one yesterday, and it features one of Brady's best friends and most trusted teammates: wide receiver Julian Edelman, who will miss today's game because a knee injury that forced the team to place him on injured reserve in September.

Just like Brady's clip, the Patriots' features scenes from past games and it combines them with Edelman speaking to an imaginary crowd:

You don't get here by chance, you don't stay here by right. It's not promised. You have to earn it – every single game, every single play, every single day. You control what you can control and you do your job. Take no days off and ignore the noise. You never stop working. They're coming for us – but we're coming for them. Let's go.

Let's go indeed.
