Today is the last day of Wild Card Weekend for the 2017-18 season and there are two more good games today. Here’s what you need to know.

(9-7) Buffalo Bills at (10-6) Jacksonville Jaguars

Watch: 1:05 PM ET on CBS

Odds: Jaguars (-9); o/u 39.5

Patriots rooting guide: With the Tennessee Titans’ upset over the Kansas City Chiefs, the Patriots should be happy with either outcome of this game. Seriously. What a gift from Tennessee. If the Jacksonville Jaguars win, then they move on to face the Pittsburgh Steelers in what should be a great showdown of two great teams- with the Jaguars crushing the Steelers earlier in the regular season. This outcome provides the greatest odds of the Steelers losing in the divisional round.

Alternatively, if the Bills win, then the Patriots face the Bills and almost assure that the Steelers come play the Patriots in New England for the AFC Championship Game and New England wouldn’t have to worry about facing the Jaguars power rushing attack or their elite defense.

So simply enjoy however this game plays out because the Patriots don’t have to play the Chiefs.

(11-5) Carolina Panthers at (11-5) New Orleans Saints

Watch: 4:40 PM ET on FOX

Odds: Saints (-7); o/u 47.5

Patriots rooting guide: The winner of this game will play Minnesota Vikings since the Atlanta Falcons upset the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday and will play the Philadelphia Eagles. The Saints are the more well-rounded team, so it’s in the Patriots best interest for them to lose and for the Panthers to pull off the upset.
