NFL: Kansas City Chiefs at New England Patriots David Butler II-USA TODAY Sports

The New England Patriots handed the Kansas City Chiefs their first loss of the 2018 season in an epic showdown on Sunday Night Football. Tom Brady and company won with a final score of 43-40 since neither team decided to bring a defense to the game.

The Patriots offense has been a different beast since week 4, thanks to the inclusion of Josh Gordon, the emergence of Sony Michel, and the return of Julian Edelman, all of which allow Rob Gronkowski and Chris Hogan to be more productive. These five players, along with James White, have carried the offense and should continue to thrive for the rest of the year.

Should we be concerned about the defense? How many teams can match the offensive potential of the Chiefs? Can the Patriots make any improvements on their own?
