The New England Patriots announced their second injury report of the week (the days are pushed back because they play on Monday Night Football) and there were no changes for the team, while the Buffalo Bills made three adjustments.
Here’s the report.
Did Not Practice
Patriots: RB Sony Michel (knee), CB Eric Rowe (groin), OL Brian Schwenke (foot)
Bills: QB Josh Allen (right elbow), RB Taiwan Jones (neck), DE Trent Murphy (knee)
I wouldn’t count on Michel or Rowe playing this week, while Schwenke is simply a depth option at this point.
Alexander and Williams returned the field, while the other three remained absent.
Limited Participant
Patriots: OT Trent Brown (ankle), OT Marcus Cannon (concussion), WR Josh Gordon (hamstring), DE Geneo Grissom (ankle), TE Rob Gronkowski (ankle/back), LB Dont’a Hightower (knee), TE Jacob Hollister (hamstring), DE John Simon (shoulder), DE Deatrich Wise (ankle/knee)
Bills: QB Derek Anderson (back/calf), RB Chris Ivory (hamstring), RB LeSean McCoy (concussion), OT Jordan Mills (knee)
The same nine Patriots were limited on Friday as were on Thursday, but that’s likely a good sign for Rob Gronkowski to play on Monday Night.
The Bills top two running backs remain on the report, along with their starting quarterback. Starting right tackle Jordan Mills is a new addition, too.
