After both of their last Super Bowl victories — in 2014 and 2016 —, NFL Films produced a documentation focusing on the New England Patriots’ season and playoff run from the coaching staff’s perspective. No third installment of the series was made this year, courtesy of the team losing on the game’s biggest stage. However, the organization has decided to take matters into its own hands as it unveiled in late September.

The team created a documentary focusing on the people working behind the scenes: the football operations staff. While not affiliated with NFL Films, the documentation also carries the franchise’s organizational mantra as its name: Do Your Job. The second episode of this third production named like that premiered earlier today, focusing on the Patriots’ director of scouting administration, Nancy Meier.

Narrated by Patriots special teams ace Matthew Slater, the episode takes a look at the organization’s longest-tenured employee: Meier started her tenure in 1975 under the ownership of the Sullivan family and since then watched the team and the NFL change drastically. It also includes soundbites from New England head coach Bill Belichick and director of player personnel Nick Caserio.
