The New England Patriots are back on top in their week nine matchup against the Green Bay Packers. After the Packers tied the contest early in the third quarter and the Patriots failed to convert a 4th and 1 at the goal line, New England finally reached the end zone again. Lawrence Guy tackled Packers running back Aaron Jones from behind to force the fumble, and cornerback Stephon Gilmore was in perfect position to come up with the recovery. Seven plays — including a conversion on 3rd and 7 — after the takeaway, the Patriots had another big play: former quarterback Julian Edelman threw a pass across the field to put James White in a position to gain 37 yards:

The play set up the Patriots at the Packers’ 2-yard line — and three plays later they found the end zone for the third time tonight as White plowed in from the one for his 10th touchdown of the year:
