After losing three of their past five games, the New England Patriots really need a win on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills. Fortunately, the Patriots get to play at home where they’re a whole different team.

If you’re Brian Flores and Bill Belichick, how are you going to defend the Bills’ run-first offense? Buffalo’s top three yardage leaders are all doing it on the ground. Running backs LeSean McCoy and Chris Ivory rank first and third and both are on the injury report, while quarterback Josh Allen ranks second. New England’s been awful at defending the run over the past three weeks, so this will be a great test.

On the other side of the ball, Josh McDaniels and Tom Brady will have their hands full against one of the best defenses in the league. Buffalo boasts a solid pass rush, a pair of quality coverage linebackers, and an extremely versatile and dynamic secondary. There won’t be any easy yards.

Oh, and the Patriots will need some help this week from some other teams around the league. So let’s wish Philadelphia, New Orleans, and Seattle some extra luck.
