Coming off two straight losses, the New England Patriots are off to a good start against the visiting Buffalo Bills. After the team’s defense forced two straight three-and-outs — with the Patriots also having to punt after their first three offensive plays — the team opened its second series at its own 45-yard line. Six plays later, New England was in the end zone for the first time this afternoon.
The player to score was one not on the field the last time the Patriots played the Bills: Sony Michel.

Michel, who sat out week eight because of a knee injury, is off to a good start in his first ever game against Buffalo. The first-round rookie was handed the football five times so far, gaining 46 yards and the touchdown above in the process. And even though Michel appeared to be down before crossing the goal line, the play stood after review.
