Editor’s Note: Sorry for missing you last week. Rich had strep throat and thought it would be better to take the week off instead of subject everyone to a voice that sounds like a pair of pennies rattling around an empty soda can.

The Patriots defeated the New York Jets to clinch a ridiculous 9th-straight bye week and they won in dramatic fashion. The defense looked outstanding and deserves a ton of credit, even if the Jets aren’t too impressive. The offense did enough and Rich highlights why they seemed so much more successful this week- and whether or not they can keep it up in future weeks.

New England won’t know their divisional round opponent until after wild card weekend, but there is still plenty to analyze. Which team would you want the Patriots to host? Which team would you want to avoid? What creates the most favorable path to the Super Bowl?

Alec and Rich cover it all. This podcast is available in the iTunes store, Stitcher, TuneIn, BluBrry, Podcast Mirror and via RSS Feed. Please subscribe and comment on what you want to hear about in future podcasts!
