So far today, the New England Patriots have lost two starters to free agency already: Both Danny Amendola and Malcolm Butler will leave the team. The duo will get joined by a third player, who was an integral member of last year's Super Bowl squad: running back Dion Lewis will reportedly join Butler with the Tennessee Titans.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Lewis and the Titans have agreed to a four-year contract:

Former Patriots’ RB Dion Lewis intends to sign a 4-year deal with Tennessee, source tells ESPN.

Lewis originally joined the Patriots in 2015 and quickly rose to fame due to his agility and productivity as both a runner and a pass catcher. However, a knee injury quickly ended his season and kept him on the sidelines early on in 2016 as well. He returned to full strength in 2017, though, and delivered the finest season of his professional career – one during which he gained the sixth-most yards in the NFL as a runner and kick returner.

With Lewis reportedly receiving a top-10 running back contract, the Patriots are projected to receive another high compensatory draft pick next year.

[UPDATE 03/13, 9:50 pm ET] According to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo, the contract is a four-year deal for $20 million with $3 million more in incentives.

[UPDATE 03/13, 10:33 pm ET] According to ESPN's Josina Anderson, Lewis' contract has a total value of $23 million with $11.5 million in guarantees.
