The New England Patriots entered the 2018 NFL draft with two selections in the first round. While the general speculation before the event was that the team would either address its defense with at least one of the picks or make trades to acquire more capital or higher-tier players none of those things took place. Instead, the team stayed put and drafted offensive lineman Isaiah Wynn at 23 and running back Sony Michel at 31.
On Saturday, the two Georgia Bulldogs arrived in New England for the first time:

The clip sees the two rookies arrive at Gillette Stadium to meet current and future franchise owners Robert and Jonathan Kraft for the first time since getting selected in round one. The older Kraft talked to Wynn and Michel about them being teammates at Georgia before a quick tour of his office – including a note on the first song ever played through the Gillette Stadium speaker system, U2's Beautiful Day.
Time will tell if the first day of the 2018 draft will go down in the history books as a beautiful one for the Patriots. But the first step has already been taken.
