Three of four 2018 NFL wild card games are in the books and we now know who the New England Patriots will welcome to Gillette Stadium next week: the Los Angeles Chargers, who went on the road today and defeated the Baltimore Ravens 23-17. The game between the AFC’s seeds numbers four (Baltimore) and five (Los Angeles) started as a Chargers blowout before the Ravens made it interesting again in the fourth quarter. It was too little too late, though.

As a result, Los Angeles will now travel to Foxboro for the third playoff meeting between the Philip Rivers-led Chargers and the Tom Brady-led Patriots. New England has won both previous postseason meetings and will have to bring its A-game to improve this record to 3-0: the defense will have its hands full against Rivers, Melvin Gordon and company, the offense will need to fend off a ferocious pass rush that stifled Baltimore today.

The second AFC divisional round game will see the Kansas City Chiefs will host an Indianapolis Colts team that defeated the Houston Texans 21-7 yesterday. The two games will take place next weekend, with the Patriots’ coming on Sunday:

Saturday, January 12 (4:35 p.m. ET): #6 Colts at #1 Chiefs (NBC)

Sunday, January 13 (1:05 p.m. ET): #5 Chargers at #2 Patriots (CBS)
