The Patriots are looking really good right now, and so does Nike’s new Pats-themed shoe collection

Later today, the New England Patriots will host the New York Giants on Thursday Night Football. The game will not only be the Patriots’ first this year not to be played on a Sunday, it also will be the season premiere of the team’s alternative uniforms: as the club announced in late September, the game against New York will be one of three this season in which the players will wear the all-blue color rush ensemble.

While not enjoying the same popularity as New England’s throwback uniforms, the team’s color rush outfit is arguably one of the best in the NFL — and one that fits perfectly well to another piece of apparel that gets unveiled today: the React Element 55 (no, the number is probably not an homage to Willie McGinest), Nike’s newest Patriots-themed shoe.
