The New England Patriots faced a series of uninspiring opponents to start the regular season, from the hapless Pittsburgh Steelers, to the even more hapless Miami Dolphins and New York Jets. The level of competition didn’t improve through the first eight weeks of the year as embarrassing team after embarrassing team lined up to play the Patriots to get, well, embarrassed. Only one team that the Patriots played currently have a winning record (Buffalo Bills).

That changes in week 9 as the Patriots embark on the meat of their regular season, with games against the Baltimore Ravens, Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, Houston Texans, and Kansas City Chiefs. All teams with records .500 or better and currently in the playoff hunt.

How do the Patriots match up against the Ravens? How will Bill Belichick try to stop Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson? Will Tom Brady get back on track against this Ravens defense?

Alec and Rich cover it all. This podcast is available in the iTunes store, Stitcher, TuneIn, BluBrry, Podcast Mirror and via RSS Feed. Please subscribe and comment on what you want to hear about in future podcasts!
